My name is Sierra and I love fitness.
I have been an athlete my whole life. While I typically enjoy all sports, my niche has always been dance and running, and I actually received college scholarships for both.
Why We Do Fitness
Being Fit is more than just losing weight or gaining muscle. Being Fit is feeling strong, confident, and feeling like you can take on the world: Being Fit is finding your limits and then pushing past them.
